Dr. Curwin was a longtime faculty member in the School of Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University, where she taught musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She is a graduate of Dalhousie's School of Physiotherapy (BSc) and Kinesiology (MSc) and received her PhD from UCLA. Now retired from her faculty position, Dr. Curwin continues to treat patients part-time, as she has throughout her academic career.
