Pamela Wallace has over 25 years of professional experience in geriatrics and is a graduate of Dalhousie University’s Physiotherapy program, class of 1995. She has expertise working with older adults with neurological conditions, with a special interest in Parkinson’s disease and dementia care. She has extensive experience with balance assessment and development of individualized exercise programs to improve safety and well-being. She has helped to develop community exercise programs such as Zoomers, Minds in Motion and Dance with Parkinson’s. Pamela is a Master Trainer for the Canadian Falls Prevention Curriculum and regularly presents on topics such as safe mobility, falls prevention and geriatric care. Pamela always strives to make the treatment sessions fun and to help clients incorporate exercise into their daily routines.
