Bernard graduated from the Kinesiology program at Dalhousie University in May 2024. Coming from a sports orientated household, he developed a deep passion for overall health and movement. Growing up playing basketball and various sports all his life, it made him realize how important proper biomechanics and injury prevention can play a role in optimizing performance/overall quality of life. After graduating from the Kinesiology program, he has become driven to bridge the gap between science and practical application for the senior population in Nova Scotia. Being in Nova Scotia his entire life, Bernard has built strong relationships across the province connecting with local athletes, healthcare professionals, and community members. His focus is on helping individuals recover from injury, improve/restore strength and mobility, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. With a commitment to promoting overall well-being, Bernard is dedicated to empowering others through movement. Bernard is a sports fanatic, he loves playing golf and tennis in the summertime, and enjoys watching all sports once the weather becomes colder.
