Adam graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2022. Adam has experience developing movement programs to help his clients achieve their goals. He emphasizes a biomechanical approach to mobility in his practice. Adam loves connecting one-on-one with his clients and celebrating their success as they work together in a movement program. When he’s not working, you can find Adam staying active outside hiking, camping, surfing, snowboarding, or playing squash and pickleball.
