Jane’s Story
Jane is a physiotherapist working in the hospital. One of her roles is to assess patients before getting discharged. Many of her patients are seniors recovering from surgery but lack strength and stamina to function at pre-surgery levels. They require regular physiotherapy care but are not well enough to travel to a clinic. Jane refers them to PhysioCare at Home to provide the continued care that they need.
