Shauna graduated from Queen's University with a MSc in Physiotherapy in 2010. Since that time she's worked mostly in the community with older adults as well as in retirement home settings and acute care. Her passion is inspiring individuals to take charge of their own health.
Outside of work, Shauna is busy with her two young kids, going for a run or doing anything related to dogs!
