Originally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Savanah brings a strong passion for health, movement, and community to her work. With an educational background in kinesiology and psychology, she has experience supporting individuals living with chronic health conditions and is dedicated to helping others improve their quality of life through exercise, viewing it as both a preventative and therapeutic tool to support overall health and well-being.
She values building meaningful relationships with her clients and takes pride in helping them achieve their goals in a safe and encouraging environment. She believes all accomplishments, no matter how big or small, should be aknowledged and feels honoured to be part of celebrating her clients’ victories.
Savanah has built her professional expertise across several areas, including leading exercise classes for older adults in fitness facilities and community-based settings, as well as personal training and lifestyle consulting with a focus on behaviour change as it applies to diet and exercise. Through this work, she has developed a strong appreciation for creating personalized exercise programs that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals. She recognizes that exercise is not a one-size-fits-all approach and is especially passionate about making it approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable for people of all abilities.
Outside of work, she stays active through competitive cheerleading and also enjoys learning new things. Coming from a music-loving family, she dabbles in playing the ukulele, guitar, and piano.
