
Born and raised in St. Margaret's Bay, Nova Scotia, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University. With a strong background in fitness instruction, program design, and community health initiatives, she is passionate about helping others improve their well-being through movement and active living.
Sarah has extensive experience leading a variety of fitness classes, developing personalized exercise programs, and working with individuals of all ages and abilities. She has a special interest in rehabilitation and enjoys supporting clients on their path to better health. Sarah also has experience working with older adults, including those living with Alzheimer’s, and finds great joy in connecting with the older adult population.
Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, relaxing at the beach, or trying new recipes in the kitchen. She’s excited to support you on your health and wellness journey!
