Since graduating from SFU with B.Sc. in Kinesiology in 2002, Patricia has been working with clients in active rehab, fitness, hydrotherapy, ergonomics or personal training. She has worked with clients with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions including spinal cord or brain injuries, neuromuscular conditions (e.g. MS, ALS, Parkinson’s, CP), cancer, cardiac rehab and women’s health.
Prior to her science degree she has earned a degree in Dance and has been a dancer/teacher in Europe.
After moving to Canada, she has also taught Pilates classes for many years. Hence with many clients she includes Pilates principles to improve injury recovery, enhance sports performance or aid with general conditioning, postural alignment, and movement efficiency.
Patricia also spent many years working with clients in occupational rehabilitation, performing Job Site visits, Job demands analysis and ergonomic assessments of workstations and has been successfully getting clients back to work or improved and healthy lifestyle.
In her spare time Patricia spends time outdoors with her family and beloved dog, hiking, swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and skiing in winter.
