Hamsa is a proud Physical Therapist who is committed to serving his community through compassionate, accessible physiotherapy care. His journey into the profession began at UBC, where he completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology and went on to his Master's of PT. Through hands-on clinical experiences, he discovered a passion for helping individuals regain independence, confidence, and functional mobility.
Hamsa has extensive experience working with older adults in both community and residential settings. He has supported seniors with diverse needs, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, stroke, age-related deconditioning, falls risk, and chronic pain, using individualised programs that prioritise safety, comfort, and meaningful progress. His approach emphasises functional movement, gentle strength-building, and empowering clients to remain active in their homes.
Whether you are an older adult aiming to stay mobile and independent, someone recovering from surgery, or a member of the general population seeking guidance with pain or injury, Hamsa brings patience, clear communication, and a supportive presence to every session. His goal is to meet you where you are, literally and clinically, and help you move with confidence in your home and daily life.
