Valerie Arbeau has been a Physiotherapist for over 30 years.
Trained in England, graduating in 1988 and then moved to Canada in 1989.
Work experience spans from Pediatrics to Geriatrics; ICU to Long Term Care within Alberta Health Services and the private sector.
Valerie has a passion for seniors and has worked in Home Care with seniors for the last 10 years.
Valerie is a firm believer that movement is medicine and enjoys motivating seniors to move with ease and confidence.
