Richelle graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Sport and Fitness Leadership and a specialization in Exercise and Wellness in 2020. She became a practicing Kinesiologist shortly after and has since worked as a group fitness coach, and most recently worked as a kinesiologist at a retirement community. Through her education she has also had the experience to work as a therapist assistant working alongside clients with neurological disorders. Richelle is very passionate about helping others maintain their independence and living a functional and healthy life.
