Sarah Bradley

Sarah received her Kinesiology degree from The University of Ottawa and returned to Nova Scotia to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University. She is passionate about providing one on one, individualized care. Sarah incorporates various techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, acupuncture and education to promote healthy living and goal attainment. She enjoys participating in ongoing learning opportunities, particularly in the fields of manual therapy and neurology.

Throughout her career, Sarah has devoted her time to the promotion of health and fitness in the community. She has worked with a wide variety of clients, as a trainer for the women’s varsity basketball team, volunteering with YMCA ‘Abilities In Motion’ and managing a local supervised walking program. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with family and travelling to new places.
