Christa graduated with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia (2008) and also holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria (2002). In addition to PhysioCare At Home, she also works at Victoria General Hospital in Inpatient Neurological Rehabilitation. Christa attends post graduate courses regularly. Christa has a special interest in treating clients with neurological conditions, such as stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and traumatic brain injury.
Christa believes in a client-centered approach and enjoys providing therapy in the home. This interaction allows the therapist to understand what is really important to the person and cater the therapy to meet his/her specific needs.
Christa grew up in Victoria and while she enjoys traveling, Victoria has always been home. She enjoys mountain biking, trail running and exploring the outdoors with her two young children and husband.
